The Free Reed Liberation Orchestra (FRLO) is a group to which any accordionist (and friend) may belong, just by choosing to participate. Most members thus far come from melodeon.net, a discussion board which I’ve belonged to for many years and love. Plus friends from my various bands, including Le Bon Truc and Nouveau Chapeau.
